• Standard weekend for up to 12 people: €960

• Standard weekend for up to 15 people: €1050

• Standard week for up to 12 people: €2360

• Standard week for up to 15 people: €2675

• Final cleaning: +€200

• Linen available for rent if you don't wish to bring your own (duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors provided)

• Tourist tax: +€1.10/night/adult

• Dogs welcome: €25/stay

• Free street parking

• Security deposit (credit card imprint): €1000

 

 

Conditions:

• Minimum 2-night stay with some exceptions (3 or 4 nights minimum for long weekends)

• No large parties

• Maximum occupancy: 15 people day and night, including adults, children, and babies Accessible for people with reduced mobility (but bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor)

• 50% deposit required upon booking (non-refundable)

• Balance due 1 month prior to arrival

• Self check-in
